• Usage data: Conversation history, video generation preferences, and style configurations
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details
• Generated content: Scripts, images, audio, and videos you create with the Service
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service (video generation, AI personalization)
• To learn your creative preferences and provide better suggestions over time
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• To showcase generated content in marketing materials, social media, and promotional galleries (see our Terms of Service Section 6 for details and opt-out)
• To communicate important service updates

3. AI and Data Processing

Your prompts and preferences are sent to AI providers (OpenAI, Replicate, ElevenLabs) to generate content. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. We do not use your content to train our own AI models. Your creative preferences are stored to personalize your experience and are not shared with other users.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (NeonDB, Cloudflare R2, Upstash Redis). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and follow security best practices. Generated media files are stored in Cloudflare R2 and are accessible only to your account.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Clerk: Authentication and user management
• Stripe: Payment processing
• OpenAI: AI text generation and understanding
• Replicate: AI image and video generation
• ElevenLabs: AI voice synthesis and music generation
• Vercel: Application hosting and analytics
• Cloudflare R2: Media file storage

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Generated videos and associated media are retained until you delete them or your account is closed. Upon account deletion, your personal data and generated content are permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Export your generated content
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Age Requirement

The Service is restricted to users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will delete that information and terminate the associated account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
